I am in the market of buying a travel trailer?
I am in the market of buying a travel trailer, a fixer upper not to old. I would like to keep it under a $1000.00 if I can. I live in Georgia.
Trailers sold in that price range often need roof repairs. Also they are very used, check the wheel bearings and condition of electric brakes (if any). Be sure to bleach the water tan a couple times if you intend to use it for drinking.
Another good idea is to hook it up to a water supply BEFORE you guy it, this will expose bad pipes or leaks.
I also "bug bomb" em when I get it home, never know what crawled in it while it sat.
