I think that the best place to sell these would be at Marathon Expos. Thousands of people go thru these expos and many of them have travelled to the city the race is in and may well need some of the products you are selling. To become a vendor at an expo, you go to the marathon’s website (you can put in a search for any big city marathon – Los Angeles, Boston, ect.,) and there is usually a place to click on expo and then "become a vendor."
Another thing you might try is to rent a Kiosk in a mall.
