Everyone just enjoys snapping pictures and most people always have. I recall one of my first cameras, the Kodak instamatic; I am sure many of you can remember or even owned one of these cameras. When I was a kid, I wasn’t even allowed to look at my parents’ “good” camera, let alone touch it. Today things are different because virtually anyone can afford to own a good quality digital camera. For Kodak, its entry into low-budget cameras is the CX7300 3.2 mega pixel model, and it is a terrific value. If you remember back a few years, I am sure you remember that you could easily end up spending several hundred dollars on a good quality digital camera. Naturally, the actual prices of digital camera are decreasing. While you can still pay as much as $500 for a digital camera, you can find a good digital camera for under $100.

For shooting pictures for posting on the Internet, a 3.0 meg camera is just right. Anything greater isn’t needed, so there is no reason to spend more for a higher meg camera.. This camera is not a bare bones model, with some of its quality features. A few of these features include recording short movies, red-eye reduction and a 3x digital zoom, tgether with other several other features you will love. This camera has great picture quality, and it is extremely easy to use.

This camera by Kodak is a low-end, low-priced camera that has excellent features for a camera that you can find for $100. While the ease of use makes the Kodak CX7300 great for the beginner, the quality of the camera is superb even for a more experienced photographer. The life of the battery is pretty average, following the industry standard. You can even shoot photos in color or in black and white and the quality is excellent with either. While you can use a memory card, without one you can still be able to shoot about 70 photographs and store them in the camera itself. If you want nothing but the best quality, you can still store 17 pictures with the internal memory and beyond that point you would have to have a memory card.

But even when you are using the lowest quality setting, you will discover the photos still look terrific. You won’t need to worry about whether or not you need a flash as the Kodak CX7300 can automatically detect this and use the flash if needed. You can even view the photos you just took on the LCD display screen and delete them if they are not that good. You can record silent movie clips also. I say silent because there is no microphone to detect sound. Software comes with the package for organizing your pictures on your laptop, along with a tutorial that will show you everything that you need to know about the CX7300. Of course, lots of people just start using the CX7300 without going through the manual simply because the Kodak CX7300 is extremely easy to use.

As usual with electronic gizmos, you get good reviews and bad reviews. More people have given higher reviews, but there are many users very dissatisfied with the product. These low-star reviews are mostly from people who wanted more and better features. Of course, this is a low-end camera and if they want a professional camera, they should go out and shell out $500 to $1,000 on one.
